Jonathan Harker

An accomplished consultant, researcher and facilitator, who specialises in the areas of IT Performance Management and transformation. Jonathan has over 20 years' IT and Consulting experience. 

Jonathan brings both project discipline and content expertise to his engagements – helping client personnel at all levels understand and deliver what's needed to achieve breakthrough performance.

Jonathan's experience has been gained through a variety of roles in IT consulting, performance measurement, benchmarking and research, in companies including Catalise plc, which he co-founded, CSC Index, and Butler Cox. He has worked with clients across Europe on a wide variety of industry sectors.

Jonathan has a First Class Honours degree in Engineering Science from Durham University and an MSc in Business Process Management from Cranfield.
 

Valter Johansson

An experienced IT and business strategist, with a commitment to the effective use of technology.

Valter has over 20 years business and IT consulting, and has worked with many leading international organisations. He has a particular passion for using performance measurement to bridge business and IS agendas – irrespective of sector or size of organisation.

Valter's experience has been gained through roles within Nolan Nortan and CSC Index, where he has developed new approaches for strategy development, business and IS alignment and IS sourcing. Prior to his consulting career, Valter was a business controller within the Chemical sector.

Valter has a MSc in Industrial Engineering, from Linkoping University.
